Thank you for shopping with RomFox! We’re committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and other key information.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Period: All orders are processed and shipped within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
2. Delivery Regions & Timeframes
We ship to the following regions. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and product weight:
- Real-Time Rates: For large/heavy items or specific regions, rates are dynamically calculated using carrier APIs.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Most international orders ship DDU. Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
- Buyer Responsibility: You (the recipient) are responsible for all customs fees. If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned/destroyed, we will not issue refunds, and you’ll cover return shipping costs.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For select countries, taxes are pre-paid at checkout (marked "DDP" or "Taxes Included"). No additional fees apply.
5. Address Accuracy & Tracking
- Address Responsibility: Provide a complete, accurate address (including postal code and phone number). We’re not liable for delays/losses due to incorrect addresses. Contact us before shipment to correct errors.
- Tracking: Monitor your order via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or through your "My Account" dashboard.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, contact your local carrier first. If confirmed lost, notify us within 14 days for investigation and potential replacement/refund.
- Damaged Items: If goods arrive damaged, email photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and item to [romfoxcs@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll process replacements or refunds promptly.
